Weekly Photo Challenge: Optimistic

The challenge for this week?  Optimistic.  And, while the storm rages on the East coast the predictable rain continues here in the Pac NW.  However, daffodils pushing up through the puddles make me optimistic that spring will eventually come.  It will still rain, but we’ll also have flowers.
