This is also a repeat of last year.  Look!  Same tablecloth!  Haha!

I pulled out Santa’s Helper and added it to this year’s repertoire because it’s just so darn tasty.  And, can you go wrong with a cocktail with marashino cherries in it?  I think not. You notice I’m not showing you the photo where each glass had half a dozen cherries in it. Nope.  Because we wouldn’t do that.  Nope.

Actually, we didn’t.  But, now that I think about it I really wish we had.  Oh, well.  Santa’s Helper is a holiday standard, so there’s always next year.  Or next week.

Santa’s Helper

1 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz amaretto
3 oz cranberry juice

This makes one cocktail, so I doubled it for the husband and I.  Pour all of the above into a cocktail shaker.  Add ice.  Shake until well-chilled.  Enjoy!
