Last Saturday morning I awoke and began preparing myself for yoga class. I had the best of intentions…until I stepped out the front door.
I knew we were going to have a beautiful weekend, but I was not expecting the warm, gorgeous morning that greeted me. I quickly ditched the idea of yoga. I wanted to be outside!
The husband had already left for the gym, so I sent him a quick text telling him of my change in plans and headed down the hill to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge.
I was not disappointed. At 7:30 in the morning there weren’t many people out. The birds were super-chirpy, the sun bright, and I couldn’t help but find myself smiling like a fool.
Summer has arrived early in Western Washington (let’s hope it sticks around!)
Changing plans to accommodate good weather is always a win! Glad you had a fab day.

Beautiful photos. You should try outdoor yoga, it’s the best. When the weather is nice, I grab my mat & head out to my patio. Yoga along the trees, heaven.

Thanks, Amy. I should. I’ve actually never practiced on my own, but was recently told about yogaglo and am thinking about giving it a try.

I have been using Yogaglo for the past 4 years & I love it. Now that I live way out in the country it has become even more valuable, as driving to yoga class would be time consuming. Use their free 2 week trial to see if you like it.
