Fluffy Pink Blossoms for a Celebration

Kwanzan cherry trees are my favorite flowering tree of the spring.  Every spring I look forward to their fluffy, pink blossoms.  So, it seems appropriate to celebrate today with photos of this cheery, celebratory flower.

On this morning eight years ago I sat in a salon chair getting my hair styled in preparation for my wedding day…watching it snow.  For real.

Today, it’s going to be 85 degrees out.  Crazy, but true.

I still remember so much of that day…filled with family and friends and the man that I love so much to this day.  I struggle a bit with expressing that love, more comfortable with acts of love versus words of love.  But, I do love you, husband of mine.  From the moon and back.  And I am so happy to celebrate another year with you.

Sometimes a few words carry more meaning than many.
