Weekly Photo Challenge: Dance

So instructs the Weekly Photo Challenge:  In this week’s challenge, share a photo of something that appears like dance to you — whether you choose to focus on objects, animals, or people (actually dancing, or not), try to capture the rhythm in their movement.

I captured your spring dance, happy, buzzing, bumbley-bee.  Sipping drunkenly from early-season azalea.  I followed you, snapping away as you loopty-looped from flower to flower. And, for the most part, you were much faster than I.  It seems that my inability to capture a decently clear photo of you only emphasizes the rhythm of your very busy movement.  Oh, to be a happily, drunken, bumble bee on a sunshiny spring afternoon.

  1. That bumblebee clearly has a nectar problem. The azaleas are really starting to come in all over up here but the ones I usually keep track of should be a month away. I just don’t know anymore, there’s no rhyme or reason. Nice interpretation of this week’s assignment…….

    1. Thanks, Jason. He did appear to be hitting the juice pretty hard. I’ve been hearing that what blooms when is no longer as predictable as it once was. Blame it on global warming or Marvin the Martian shooting his ray gun at the earth. 🙂
